Warranty Terms
*The products sold are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, which ensures free spare parts according to the manufacturer's terms from the date of purchase for 6 months up to 3 years.
*The Manufacturer's Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the device's components.
*The warranty is valid only when using installation companies approved by GF Anapol OÜ.
*The reseller/installer will dismantle the defective part and forward it to GF Anapol OÜ.
*The warranty only covers the replacement of the defective component with a new one. All ancillary claims, services (including installation labor costs) are not covered by the warranty. Additionally, the warranty does not cover lost profits or other claims affecting the client's business activities.
*Installation work is warranted by the reseller/installer.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
*The client does not have a purchase invoice and certificate.
*Devices have not undergone regular maintenance (at least once a year) by an authorized service provider. (Required maintenance records or proper entries in the warranty booklet).
*Devices show mechanical damage or the user manual has been ignored.
*The device has been operating under overload conditions.
*If unnatural noise occurs, the device was not turned off and the seller or installer was not notified.
*Incidents caused by power surges or other electrical network failures.
*Natural wear and tear of device components.
GENERAL TERMS:
*The client is obliged to read the user manual regarding the operation and maintenance of the devices, and in case of absence, to request it from the Seller.
