Sales Terms

Sales occur when the client has confirmed their order via the website. Based on the Client's order, an order confirmation is sent to the Client's email address, detailing the ordered product, the approximate delivery time, and other important terms. Upon agreeing to these, the Client pays via bank transfer based on the order confirmation, which is considered as concluding the purchase-sale transaction. The goods are dispatched with the invoice after the sales amount has been received in the Seller's account. An unpaid order will be canceled after 5 working days, unless the Client expresses a desire to pay for the order later. Goods will not be dispatched based on an unpaid order confirmation.


Products

The prices presented on www.keevitus.ee are valid only when purchasing from the aforementioned page. Other websites and stores have the right to sell products at different prices. The product images on the website are illustrative and may differ from the actual product. User manuals for products are available on the website, which may not be exhaustive.

If the product is out of stock

If the product is out of stock and the Client pays for the order confirmation where the delivery time exceeds 30 calendar days, the client has the right to cancel their order. Upon cancellation, the Seller will refund the amount paid by the Client.

Shipping

All orders are sent via courier or post. Generally, the goods are delivered to the Client or to the nearest Estonian Post office within 3 working days after the payment has been received in the seller's account.

Product Return

Purchased products can only be returned if the wrong or defective product was sent. If the wrong product is returned, it must be in the same condition and packaging as it was sent. In the case of a defective product, the serial number must still be intact (if it was originally there). The Client bears all costs related to the shipping and return of the product.
